PawsFest 2021 will be held this year on October 30 from 10:00 - 2:00 on the Square in Downtown Headland, Alabama so join us for our 14th Pawsfest and our 4rd fall event.

PAWSFEST 2021 is just around the corner and we are excited to announce out plans for the day. We have packed a lot of interesting things for you to do with your family (including your dog) into this 4 hour event. You will want to stay with us for the entire time.from 10:00-2:00.
We encourage you to bring your dog, after all this is what Pawsfest is all about, but we do ask that you use good judgment by making sure your dog gets along well with other dogs and is well behaved. Please have them on a short leash (4'-6'), take them to the designated "Potty Area" and clean up behind them. We will have a common "Watering Hole" by the fountain on the Square. If your dog becomes problematic, please remove them from the Square or take them to the "Chill Out" area, we want to have a safe. fun, peaceful event. Please feel free to bring a lawn chair. WE ARE ADDING SOMETHING REALY SPECIAL TO OUR DRAWING THIS YEAR DAVE & AMY POWERS HAVE OFFERED A WEEKEND AT THEIR BEACH HOUSE AS OUR GRAND PRIZE TICKETS WILL BE 10 DOLLARS OR 3 FOR 25 DOLLARS MORE DETAILS AS SOON AS WE GET THEM.
PET PAGEANT: This is a blast, plan to bring your dog and walk the runway, everyone is a winner and this is a crowd favorite! You can find the rules & registration forms here on this website, print them out and mail your registration and money to our P. O. Box or bring it with you and register at the event. Your registration for the pageant includes your entry in the Pet Parade, both for one price. Go glitz or go natural, your choice, but when you fill out the registration, be very creative with your description, this is what will be read out as you walk the runway, it should be @ 2-3 minutes long.
PET PARADE: Only $5.00 to walk your dog in the Pet Parade around the Square. If you enter the Pet Pageant, you are automatically entered in the Parade.
VENDORS: We will have vendors set up to promote their products, many are very cool pet oriented products and many are just very cool! We will also have vendors who will provide useful information to educate you and to inform you of services they provide. Most of the vendors will have drawings with great prizes so make sure you visit each and every one of them!
